Privacy Policy

Nak4mura Personal Assistant is a private, self-hosted service used by its owner and a small number of personally known users.

Google data we access

With the account holder’s consent, the service may access Google Calendar and Gmail using read-only OAuth permissions. This can include calendar events, email metadata and snippets, and—in limited cases—message content needed to determine whether an explicitly selected email is actionable.

How Google data is used

Google data is used solely to provide user-requested assistant functions, including daily briefings, schedule summaries, conflict detection, and identification of selected actionable messages. The service does not use Google data for advertising, profiling unrelated to the requested service, or sale.

Processing and sharing

Relevant, minimized information may be processed by the configured AI service provider to generate the requested response. Google data is not disclosed to other parties except infrastructure and AI providers acting only to operate the assistant, or when required by law. No human review is performed except by the account owner/operator for maintenance or troubleshooting.

Storage and retention

OAuth credentials are stored securely on the owner’s private server. Raw Google data is processed transiently and is not retained as a separate archive. A concise assistant-generated briefing may be retained in the owner’s private notes. Email bodies are not archived. Credentials and locally stored summaries are protected by access controls appropriate to the private server.

User control

The account holder may revoke access at any time from the Google Account permissions page. Revocation stops future Google data access. The owner may also request deletion of retained assistant summaries.

Limited Use

The service’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
